management administrator to support our Data Hub application and the move to a data-centric information model.

& G, e; H. K% l; o3 f( V, nInvestment Administration Division provides comprehensive back-office support services for Alberta Investment
Management and various other government departments and agencies encompassing assets under management in excess
of $70billion. As the Data Hub Administrator, you will utilize your strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-
: ]; J+ D  n0 R" q$ mmaking skills to perform ongoing assessments and reviews to validate HUB data. Based on your assessments, you will
0 H5 x. |! ~/ U& h) y, Scoordinate the release and distribution of HUB data reports each day to various end users and clients. As our Data HUB
1 K6 m5 W1 K! r' N( [1 _% Xevolves through several phases, clients will expect you to keep pace with all new developments.


Data management activities are characterized by due diligence and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that HUB
- |+ {3 f6 L7 ~0 j$ Treferential data is complete, accurate and accessible on a timely basis. To expedite HUB database readiness, flexible hours
( j; @+ s$ L2 V& uof work with an early start time will be a requirement of the position. A special work hour provision applies with a
* X4 [& ?: a" G" l- a$ udaily start time in the range of 4:00am to 6:00 am, commencing after initial training is completed.

- \% ~3 p# v1 y0 N* L3 HQualifications – Completion of a diploma in Computing Science supplemented by 4 years progressively responsible data
management experience. Finance and/or investment knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal
, i5 q3 [5 t/ @5 ueducation in Computing and Finance. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and some familiarity with SQL
. y" k! q, y! ]$ X. D' K% wwould be considered assets. Equivalencies will be considered.
