assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
1 I2 u5 Z2 j6 o6 D" F" `6 ?; Xgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
! K0 S! n* b) A4 ?' L! Y& maddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
! R& R8 h3 W% Pprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
* _% b' K% u* h7 H, ]2 A: ?( gassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.
