Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
- U, T/ h; h3 e2 N$ o* z# Z2 {; hof Course Pack production.# D! c' g' K, `; M% h0 [5 T! Q% P( L
3 A0 I; c) N; ODUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 _' x! I! Y3 O1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning $ u, _1 Y& y: V0 g9 C
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
" I- o5 Z( @+ C- {8 B! l2 h& d% U; Y$ s5 `8 B7 q" {
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ( e6 Y6 m" H& p5 `
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
2 {' i2 o2 a+ ?" f& B* q- pcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
4 R+ H; O+ E: k4 tkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ) g4 ~) [& Z; M! L8 P

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
P: k. `. _% I; ?* |and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.0 t$ L+ f- E# C7 U; o- S

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
