JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
( u9 G1 d1 h/ R/ J1 \# {% _' Q) BSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
8 F4 D# U5 L0 `5 HSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
6 l1 O. K& p+ i3 {1 |of Course Pack production.

5 A+ ?5 l/ [- c. H9 a; c4 v4 gDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) a- f; z5 t: P( s$ [1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 5 J, f5 A5 {# B
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.) B% i- J- T7 L! j. `* Y
1 T% D2 z- i0 d: b u7 n2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 2 W% D0 s$ k8 g1 _8 i
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.- h1 g* p \* D' _6 x
% W' M# H2 I7 C9 X* \3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
1 w1 \. M7 k0 R& p2 S0 D9 Mcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 9 i" ^. S) @+ P3 g/ p: _! j+ n! R
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, + Z7 o, K( F# V9 M
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.4 t0 S3 m, W& ]+ R9 s
' J. r* ~5 E1 V, b! A3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.6 W4 e6 c6 Q5 C( |, W( U/ C0 T

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
