JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
2 x, ]" }4 ?! p8 h! O2 L; d) l+ H" JSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
8 f( v3 x, d$ }5 L2 Q( n0 {( JSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects P! L3 z; B' h
of Course Pack production.

$ x* f4 m5 b% `" o/ gDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:6 n& \$ G. t1 e' d
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ' I- a# G/ a' r" o
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
& i; z: U- j0 m2 a, F
/ x! B! `/ G& @2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
; r: h _- ?% N7 h# b+ @print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.* b, f' T' y9 R% j. z
, V6 k8 P+ \* E2 S, e. i, f5 j
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of - X8 a# r' @8 i
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 7 q9 y' J4 h s4 y/ ^
keeping appropriate and accurate records.5 `$ G, J6 n& D0 D

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
4 m& {3 U9 q" Q% H" Z1 Hfailures to the Operations Manager.2 R( r* d% o! J n

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
4 J/ s0 ? I! R" M0 Vand adhere to regulations as appropriate.7 |+ H4 v* V4 V7 f) @7 Q

; g: {: K% `' Y- @! ~4 D) n: e3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
