Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)" s4 |4 G8 T' L: y) O
( f5 E! m( f3 b$ fA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.1 T3 l$ y/ l: U& V. k9 b
