Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:
9 ?% ^' _9 Z* @, G( u$ D; R5 f
+ h  T9 `. Y& @Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
. V2 {$ t! S9 t; G+ R5 D/ N
/ }5 u2 ^' W& ~( RA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

3 J$ {  _! l7 _" X7 V3 W7 RI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

  i- C0 X1 L0 y) z5 t3 ~  Wxp应该有很多中文输入键盘格式可以选，你选的哪一种?

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
