Job Duties / Responsibilities) R0 _# h0 }2 w: B% T, z
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required., Y3 p* F, T" A3 J
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.8 `# H9 O$ h( q* ?0 ] d
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
/ r+ @+ ?1 B- a, l) ^4 p• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
9 f1 o% Z6 W8 E" Z" m- _• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
8 H, `5 K0 _. d/ @• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training: }2 [3 o" e- t6 ^

• Grade 12 or equivalent/ N( w- s0 x7 I
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
