• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.$ {7 f+ i" v6 ~: m4 x
• SAP match reporting and monthly management4 v. d7 N9 E; r* M/ I! v; q
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.5 @9 z9 n! m2 l7 I% e7 R( A* p" O
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.7 X W# `3 L0 d2 U
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.# H" W/ J9 Z1 C5 |
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
; V8 p7 L+ c8 R. X! g• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• Grade 12 or equivalent$ x b9 Z g% w# W' H8 f
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
0 X. ~. k8 n/ f& E• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
2 k" J3 J8 E; m• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
