• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required./ f2 J3 J5 H% E* @+ J
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.$ a* o7 _" {( g, d
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
" V, [& I+ c; w& J9 M/ @ h• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.3 Y6 A" `: ^) y. Y; N
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.. q% H1 A9 E' c' s6 R
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience

• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
