Job Duties / Responsibilities' L/ S! {/ R4 C% G
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.. B/ E: R+ C" w% k- M3 \( f9 F* U" @
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports./ T! j J$ ]3 }2 I7 ]3 s
• SAP match reporting and monthly management/ R7 n: j2 u% v: T
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
; ^! S$ h% n( y4 ]* ~• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.: F" I, Y9 b0 y, y
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
& r+ x* C! t6 p! T• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.+ }8 w$ H7 b! I( Q
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
: w8 p! a! v5 l( V( k) r0 `• Order business cards as required.
7 Z9 t+ N; B* B9 z) y% t• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

! ~/ U, T# ]2 [ H* T; T• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.6 i+ b# G: w! k8 ^, N; o
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Grade 12 or equivalent6 u6 i/ z. d8 m: [
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)1 r! a) P2 a1 H5 g* e! j+ l
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience8 d2 P; G- e" Z/ q
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater' C6 ^& ?& m/ N* s+ X" S- M0 g; {* p
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
