院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 5 S4 T* v8 r% p2 o5 s+ C
1 f2 \7 v! ` e8 R9 m Y3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ( Q1 m" t) C3 O
1 cup water 250 ml . @: _" r1 k+ _& e3 i8 T) W
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 7 G# S% S! j0 ^5 r
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.9 u: L$ u8 f2 A7 _7 @4 {1 Z
