S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE ' D0 G) \! I c# C5 f1 D% e

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
) m4 V0 G6 A0 k5 e$ W' H1 cup water 250 ml
V4 b# S( u/ @# {/ ?2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
8 @% `; F/ {2 D/ @# I; ?: F2 q1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.( A" s! K" Q: u
