1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.

3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.1 j8 \- s+ Y# ?7 l' E
4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
7 ~! J v/ a0 {6 q; c5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
9 g% Z7 ?: N6 C6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.

: ~ G( H2 I, g; k7. 等烤箱温度凉下来,拿出继续晾凉.就行了.
