The rent in Southside is cheaper than Northside, but Southside has a heavy traffic to downtown.

' l: _5 R" [# Q( W" i8 N+ \ A room rent is  between $330  and $380 in southside, you may share a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room,  two washrooms, two washing machines with your roommates, and  these rooms  are on the second floor and third floor.
However, a room rent is between  $430  and $ 500 in northside and downtown, and these  rooms  are in the basement.
