) Q& B" O$ y* I    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
8 P: b# H/ j+ q) |  K1 [    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
" [+ D4 h+ M* v% c    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
* e% B$ U. G/ w4 a) _    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
& a/ Q- z+ l: {  \  A7 [; O    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

, Q; _/ |: A8 [4 D职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
8 D% j9 M. j8 W' H9 w    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
) Q* Z( [6 `7 u; r4 s    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
$ i5 K2 n9 \* i; T' }* h    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
: `, w2 Q3 F' [6 ^; j    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
/ o6 v6 V8 V! b' z, `8 c    Field and site experience an asset；
. I! ^1 y9 u. P+ _. v8 ~    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
7 u4 L4 w/ L8 B7 ~, R    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
0 e* O# H' d$ H* S    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
