    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

0 T1 }2 ?1 [3 o2 f    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
1 Y* P' P* |( y, z3 o3 F    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
7 L+ o0 e; j3 f' r# {' x, s3 l0 u- i    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
- N3 ~/ k& ]; g5 w    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
9 q% h2 J% [. L! V    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
) {8 T& B4 G5 \! m    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
- D3 x( F( y- g7 x) n* }) l    Field and site experience an asset；
* b, T5 y3 W* V: O- t+ v    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
- R9 _; @; U9 H7 X, t2 j9 M    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
