    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
  }' |2 U* Q' W2 @' g) @    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
/ m! A3 P# d3 y; K& i) i+ R    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
( q9 U0 H, \; R8 X: [+ [! Q    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
9 k8 Q; s4 i+ e    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
" y5 Q+ U; v4 u3 R& T. d6 }    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
( E9 h% b3 M1 K    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
: f1 A* z: U" O1 o+ w    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
  x% O- q2 g: Q4 i2 u    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
( T# u4 X2 K8 u9 j8 v8 B  ^# R5 |    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
6 D  D" `$ \$ q2 a0 h4 \    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
1 ^, ~6 D8 H( p0 g) A  w  }( A* ^    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
