    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
1 ?2 z6 h7 B: L4 J1 w    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
# }0 J- t2 F# T  b    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
; Q3 \  Y' Y6 `) z/ A9 c    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
+ h& e; [( b9 @( d& V, z- b    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
1 f/ _# t( ?" T    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

, m( C5 S' v+ o, ?& W% @职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
9 o3 b& b2 D: e! f2 F& ~1 j9 v    Field and site experience an asset；
2 ?) i' @0 r# C4 J    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
. v4 s* A" P# c( y( g, `    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
; q) B5 T! L9 Y& q    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
2 P% a0 t  G/ t' B    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
