Key Responsibilities:

4 K: d& i' d* j) F6 P }• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

+ Z1 [3 T: X# A3 @1 N8 @( o• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

: O2 D1 f- g$ `+ q! _. x' e2 i• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations./ i3 s, }. Y2 e- [6 o

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.8 e& ^! v0 [* \: E6 c

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

. g$ W7 M* O0 \4 T• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

+ n# ?9 n9 ^$ J+ \! [1 e8 j0 M: q• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets. b4 S( ^" J8 K( N4 i7 X; B1 ]

• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
! r5 j W; u% ~ L
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

x3 ?/ D& T& l: U |, e• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
3 K5 \- B# {. l- r G. s! C6 M% Q
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
3 V2 {! T- [4 {/ E
• Travel within the assigned region.

3 P8 K) i- I5 [• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
