, {- e4 ~- r+ X4 q4 {2 Z3 QKey Responsibilities:

! o) G1 a! [! o• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

. M. r" @" \+ @' U% J4 f0 Z• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

) X" E! C$ g2 h/ g# f• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.
) |4 e+ a( ` h
• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.) h& h4 y; @# ?

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

% k M' u0 ~ w; _' W9 Z8 CJob Qualifications5 G. O) {( V& {& i' j; m
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

9 }7 v, ~5 G% I& U• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

2 x. f. ]4 n2 ]0 ~% h• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

, b& h) G9 P+ n4 {$ O• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
