买2006年的房子seller不太清楚房子情况

如题，2006年的房子，seller接受offer了，但seller对builder好像不是很清楚的样子，而且房间的dimension也不知道，看有的listing就直接列出来了，听seller说他们是第三任owner，好像这个也不太确定。
想问问达人们，这房子是不是有点不靠谱啊，能买吗？2006年建的房2007年住进去，才六年就有三任房主是不是有点多啊？

听说06,07的房子最好别买,都是房价疯涨时突击出来的,问题很多.

我家的房子就是06年的，我们也是第三任owner，房子是custom built的，质量好的没话说，建房的第一任owner刚建好半年多就给transfer到BC去了；第二任有好几套房，出了点事就出手了几套；我们住了3年，老公想换acreage大房大地就挂上要卖，没卖出去又改主意了，现在又继续住了。在我们挂卖的时候，房子也是好房子，我们挂的是不讲价的呢。

不可以说06左右的房子都不好。。。只有很小一部分不好而已。。

第一次买房很多都不懂，欢迎大家给建议。
; N; s1 i3 e2 p9 a7 Y+ W关于房子大小，地的大小，房间的dimension，这些东西seller会给我们builder的设计图纸吗，还是会有政府的报告给我们？想有个权威的参照，因为看版上有人说买新房面积还少了的。。。

( c5 v, w, O" @# o/ w我怎么听说的版本是不要买07，08的房子？是因为那几年房价上涨，builder疯狂造房，所以质量没有保障？

不能绝对这么说，有的人想早点出手，还真愿意低价卖出。

to have confidence in the house condition, you should get a good home inspection done. if the seller has already signed the offer and this wasn't included in the conditions section, then you're out of luck. (probably still a good thing to do so that you'll know what kind of problems you may be up against.)

if you want to the know the history of the house, you can ask the realtor to print you a list of historical transactions on this property.

" C' x, s+ Y2 |+ d3 vif you want to know the builder of the house, you can find that out from city with a small fee or if you still have the original construction drawings, it'll have the builder logo on the drawing title block.

Realtor说他没有房子的以前的交易记录
Realtor说交房时律师会给我房子的图纸，但是不知道有没有builder,dimension这些信息
