4 ?, V: U0 D4 T% e3 i•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
! m# `: P: g0 U) q•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
' g/ D. n! u1 _- N" ]$ j% H9 S. G•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
# w5 g9 h, Q0 d. s1 E•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
' R3 W& o  c7 q- E) i: K•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
