' H2 U4 S8 p2 P: R7 N" F•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
! B& f3 r3 U" b) }•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
, L% E* u7 H7 Y) w9 P5 J•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
•        Retail customer service experience.
, _: X" n# _" X. Y$ p•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
. O* |. L6 R; v- @•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
