“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and' G$ l/ r- z, C$ ^+ c3 a& b
• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or' p9 E# S, y& K& s
