When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic ; W3 i" B/ L. u" t% Ccondition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and: I% E7 ?2 [8 h5 B M( X5 A3 ~
• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or ) P. \3 }! e. }: `6 u• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. 3 i# p+ Z: n4 LIf “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
