When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic 1 y% T e. w7 K! @, Acondition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and; B6 C# G; ^& C' {
• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or" Z* o" G' L6 p* b; x8 h
• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. ) e# F! `% l ]( f- f QIf “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
