请问去美国旅游的电话问题

现在用prepaid monthly plan,但不能在美国打电话（估计也不能接电话）。请问大家去美国旅游一般怎么办理能在美国使用的电话。多谢！

Buy T-mobile sim and top up when you get there, as long as your phone is unlocked.
