菜鸟又飞出来请教关于新房完善问题

我家新买的房子没几个月，walk through的时候我没参与，结果导致unfinished checklist 上有几项工程根本不知道是在说什么。builder说弄好了我们也不知道是否弄好了。 现在把不明白的几项列出来，看看有懂行的大侠是否可以给解答一下：1. Parging 2. Install precast lifting plugs on front 3. build wall at the end of veranda.

1. Parging ----------- 是给你家水泥外墙（siding没盖住的部分）打花印。。。。
1 E/ n( s  `; n6 k3 x1 N' T' ~6 i2. Install precast lifting plugs on front ------------不知道。。。。
# k+ s! v$ X8 z/ F9 v: b  j3. build wall at the end of veranda. ------------ 前门的门廊台阶下/侧面围上fence/wall，这样就看不到里面了。。。。
