Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

" F* G% `8 ~( F8 _ We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

4 y( o% W1 E. K  {0 eResponsibilities will include:
$ i: v9 z0 ~( n4 j•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
& j. n- A0 z! d( I+ d6 p5 l•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
1 ^: c/ T% o; c# @: k•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
# M- L5 W2 q" L8 u; n: z. {•Keep work area clean.
% B  l, e- I, W8 u! n' X•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

. X8 o: ]5 |4 V( s: Q•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.
•Able to lift up to 50 lbs

•Offload sealed units from GED Oven press
7 i8 s. x  U3 a5 ~, q•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation
•Fill sealed units with Aragon
•Patch units
•Hot melt super spacer units
•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines

•Basic English communication skills
