Duties & Responsibilities:

, ]9 ^. F% T/ U% ?3 S6 {8 s- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
! W9 g  o$ h+ Z$ K" u3 ]- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
0 q. |* U  x* d* u' Y3 q3 d5 M- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
( K/ ]) ?5 b0 d- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
4 O9 q2 A1 r/ `. `7 ?" }- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

5 ]/ ]. d6 |/ j* i0 ^, ^& u- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
% k) a' V$ A' @4 T( b- Ability to use computers
- [8 z' B! H- m1 H- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
