" s0 I4 x8 G" {! K) M0 T8 z- G+ R- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
6 w8 L" v8 _5 y2 P: N( i: K- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
( D5 Z# p: M. ]8 t- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
9 t6 }; k- v& u0 F7 T7 J& A- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

& v% [* d. G; R( C" Q4 s9 C* s- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
) V9 v$ N4 P/ t; ^) ]- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
