Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers" F2 ]' v z1 A! Y2 L% M
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock4 t3 z7 N0 e1 V0 n. J
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays* m/ g5 K. M% y% A7 G |! T/ J
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members( Q) K Z6 H. x: }
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives6 A) ~3 }# H/ e: l0 |
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment6 A* j5 F- `# a
