CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
6 _: [; ^. k! E$ S' U-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
, U4 L, i; j0 f2 p- {* X5 R2 k% M-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
' a* Q7 S7 v: r1 ]6 f- P-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
& ~0 m% S# M  `* k' Q-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
