CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
; y! C, y" t$ B4 O5 t) ~-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
0 t2 R. H3 `, P5 H1 L-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.

-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
; |; M0 I" O" A  Y-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
% @, [4 s1 }+ n7 h-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
