Bring the completed form or your confirmation number to any of our Guest Services locations, between November 15 and December 24, 2014, to present your original West Edmonton Mall retailer receipts confirming you have spent a minimum $250, before applicable taxes. A maximum 10 passes will be issued per person per day.
