Renew 枫叶卡网上何时能变态呀

网上状态保持In Process 已经超过10天了，没有收到任何Mail或Email。点击 In Process，说是:
"We started processing your application On Jan 31, 2015 and your request for a permanent resident card was approved on Jan 31, 2015. Your permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office. " 我理解应该是批了，但状态没有变成 decision made, 也没有收到任何消息。不知最近renew 枫叶卡的朋友的经历是怎样的？谢谢

我的一直到收到卡都没在网上查到过。我是九月中寄出，一月末收到。
