昨天收到通知, 酒税今天起增加, 主要内容如下:- {# h( c9 f3 P) L& F2 x

On March 26, 2015, the Government of Alberta announced an increase in the liquor
1 K$ R. l$ ?9 W( i+ {# Fmark-up rates. The new rates will be effective as of March 27, 2015.( G' x( H6 j+ e/ ]3 r5 _1 j
3 Q* f4 q' o" G9 S/ G* kThe increase is a 22-cent per litre increase for most products. The exceptions are8 h6 Q% u; ?% o
products from small breweries, and products from cottage wineries that sell at farmers’
9 j6 r( q" s5 I: t, Wgates/markets, with no increase. Mid-sized breweries have an increase of 11 cents per+ X. Z: q) o& A6 W9 D" ~
litre applied to their products. This across-the-board increase maintains the flat nature
: W6 H# r T. s& F/ ]$ q5 Tof Alberta’s liquor mark-up. In addition, Alberta will still have liquor mark-up rates that6 k1 G/ f- E% t# P. \0 Z; R
are among the lowest in the country.

0 t- K0 U. I' M( \' u· Beer: 90 cents per dozen; approximately 8 cents per 341ml bottle or 355ml can.7 u" Z8 e$ }2 u0 J# @! U* a m
· Spirits: Approximately 16 cents per 750ml bottle.
