Responsibilities

Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff

3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
' H% v6 y+ z! U* b4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
0 d& U( |, W6 G- H I5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
- E; }; A6 d4 x8 @6 x6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents

2. University degree or college diploma
1 e$ R/ M( A# d9 e& |3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset, T2 [- x+ z3 B6 [
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines# {7 {7 J! e, N4 v/ m8 J5 d- Z, m
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
* @1 t& |9 L4 F$ l% }" n7 d! M6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner) C" v8 S* O% W K5 B
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control

9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
