1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner2 n9 I: {6 ^1 h/ x: d
2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
! d: S( }& j' c; \# x3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
) l/ ?+ e" B$ O3 T: P; \( U) M4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline. ! A$ W3 V# `0 K2 h8 I' f
5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
4 @2 n1 Q: q H6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents
3 |3 B1 c" K. \) v' e. t W7 j7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff2 U' j; I9 S+ q2 J5 Z+ H

Qualifications

2. University degree or college diploma# @) o5 g/ v3 d1 }" k0 q( y$ w
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset6 u5 V% {7 e( s
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines/ L$ U/ K, h! Y% X) U+ i
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
( O! \5 l( N3 S& s$ k. B7 A1 a6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
* X" [ x$ m. q( E: \+ L9 n, p }7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
# n H# }, w% n; ]% Q- A$ `8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)& t8 ~* r2 T' q$ U, F# w. X1 R4 i% Y
9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset% t. K; \: P4 }
