Our client is a leading bank in Canada.

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
9 i0 c; A# @' JKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
7 H3 R; q$ ~0 P9 Q% KStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
' O4 _1 S6 L4 s( O) K" PPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
$ L  U! ^5 _1 C3 }5 _7 i8 V1 nPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
  e7 I% n2 z* oData Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
3 }8 ^- p. R' o, p- q, YAdministrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
