9月份成交量下跌，而房价基本未受影响

) d$ j$ L* n* e B埃德蒙顿10月2日消息：整个埃德蒙顿地区9月份所有住宅的总销售比去年同期下降了6.76%，而平均价格比去年同期仅下降了1%不到。独立房的销售下降了9.72%，公寓同比2014年9月继续下降了9.07%，然而双拼/联排比去年同期增长了17.21%。( i8 T4 q6 K) m
$ ]- O! Z9 B4 F% Y “爱城房市的强劲，预示了我们市场仍保持着稳定，”房产经纪协会主席Geneva Tetreault解释说。“买家仍能体会到充足的挂牌数量所带来的好处，相反，卖家也并没有为了成交而降价销售。去年的市场保有低数量的挂牌，这使得买家对于报价自己喜欢的房子，颇有压力。而今年，我们可以看到买家会话更长一些的时间做决定。”% Z# t, [0 n- Y/ \6 i4 F
