Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.
& e+ V+ D' P$ qAlan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week.

+ ^. Z, [' A5 D9 [4 ]The crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.( S; S- K$ V; Z7 R$ d1 `; n
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police said Tuesday they did not expect to lay charges. |
