以前买pacesetter的房子，运气太背一周一约builder修补，现在买的sterling的运气太好，除了地下室管子连接外面的地方没有spray foam堵住，其他地方比如木地板，油漆，楼梯栏杆，门等质量非常好
There seems to be Sterling Home and Sterling Square 2 (The latter might be a division of the former?) I built with the latter one and haven't really seen an issue in structure so far after over four and half years.
