我说的工会是指acuren, applus RTD,或者IRIS

This is refinery/plant 价钱. It looks you do not have much industrial experience ... they will star paying you at 42-45/H.
Now there are not many permanent jobs; if they hire you as a contractor, usually will pay you around 3500$/bi-weekly (40hr/week) without any benefits.
