Job Duties
* K# F( U' E. u
, ]4 g3 l3 ~$ C. s" v, G0 f-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
2 _% @8 A& D' O. K1 Q/ o3 v& F-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
5 ~8 A1 A  u0 Z1 r6 `# U. S. [. r+ y-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
+ d( \3 N' J) |0 f-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
9 B' y8 \% ?+ W5 i2 p-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Proficiency in the use of computer programs
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a pleasant disposition
-Strong organizational, prioritization skills; attention to detail
-Ability to be proactive, handle simultaneous projects, work independently
