Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
6 B/ o' V6 n/ w) f: |- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Q+ Y" h- P! E  R* w, e- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
+ B+ G( a; Q, y" C8 o7 h- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

This is a contract, full-time position.
. D4 P! X. O; n  Y+ H( O4 ~Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
) ~# {& o% S: }$ ?* UWorking schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
