Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
: q$ @! m$ h- K. k! u- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
) M0 g( H' n) J+ t5 Y- Supervise kitchen staff
$ H+ J+ \' w6 p  s& S7 O- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary

6 y  O& J2 V" O* W* B% n' b3 Q9 E- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

2 T7 }2 j2 L4 |* ?- F/ MThis is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
: b9 |" R& k) V# O- _3 F$ HWorking schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
3 N, v- m' N" _" NSalary: $160.00 per day. After 3 months of employment, medical, dental, disability and pension plan benefits will be available.
