. T- r2 n" V, U9 r, k• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
* h& y, r# n# E2 @; F5 Y5 o% s• showing the new house and company property;
$ Z9 h' q5 E0 j7 W. M3 o$ N  b3 y• Organizing mail;
; {) k# J* }0 N" v$ a* f. q• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
% V+ d2 [- _7 g) Z) q- a% o5 _• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
& X) [6 {) f6 Y. I• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Qualifications
9 o3 y6 V1 z* o- M( Z- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
; A: Z3 y' c5 i3 ~- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
( d3 t2 f+ `! e& g6 B- Fast and accurate data entry skills
7 H4 z5 a5 D; K/ H$ v5 l+ _- Strong interpersonal skills
