• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;

• Organizing mail;
5 F; [* d6 k1 A* b2 x3 U- f: U• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience

- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
