• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
- x) r2 d+ b6 Z6 y( C/ m• showing the new house and company property;
! |5 U- d9 s# `3 o• Organizing mail;
" `. u3 K4 H3 R1 p, Z• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
5 j6 j- I5 ~; i3 S! F5 {- V• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

' i4 }- b; |1 N9 L- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
" ~4 M! L0 s0 h; D5 D0 L1 d- Fast and accurate data entry skills
