4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

6 H1 E$ x2 ?6 f8 ^: f- M! Y5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

- L8 Q8 n4 f4 K% G6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

8 w, Z5 ]/ R& b4 [7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

Job Duties:

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
! l$ S& E3 S# D8 T. w/ {; g) h
% h6 L0 t4 W& X, g0 Z2 R9 {9 G5. Send orders to warehouse
& m0 u1 p% u6 d, N
6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

6 C4 b6 p: `8 l* H2 v2 R7 k8. Inventory Arrangement

! a- h0 e' J6 e) D4 v9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems
