4 S- V  p9 {2 O3 e+ D+ \* D: dWe are currently seeking an executive assistant to work closely with the President to provide all administrative and executive support to facilitate the management’s ability to lead company’s growth.

- Assist organizing correspondences, documents and information effectively for easy retrieval.
, V# h  _5 R2 P2 \" U- Handling confidential information at high regard of security.
- Coordinate schedules and plans for the president.
- Gradually develop understanding of the Executive’s intentions and logics.
- Independently manage multiple assignments proactively and meet deadlines.
- Perform other work-related tasks if needed.

2 L" D6 L* ]) l" A/ j% s3 g- Well-rounded blend of work experience and personality in a professional environment.
- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet industry is a strong asset.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Outstanding computer literacy. Even better being tech-savvy.
- Previous drafting experience is a strong asset.
