Those who has been here for a long time said in early 90s, when the oil price dropped too low, the oil companies laid off the contractors first, then their own full-time employees. ; V4 i: Z$ [: Q* K # n( ~9 e' \( w) r+ `* w8 xI hope it won't happnen this time, but who knows?
