The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................) A6 h8 E7 z% P. C, e) r

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.! }2 w: D' N" h" h7 q: m9 C) Q7 w
# ~; M: Y9 R6 T% t  f' ]
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

4 J& o7 o* L$ [4 V$ f7 ^( y) iTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
% l5 ^0 n  K* _, h  @1 H2 x; ?) k# H/ l; C% p
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
) c$ N4 S3 Z+ o* \  l, v9 P5 l7 o2 M, V
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
+ ^* o' ]" I/ }7 K( w+ W! r
5 z$ _" f9 t9 s9 @# [( ]& j' \' a8 Kat 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
& R; W6 @/ z1 \! {/ @; \8 d9 {
1 u6 l+ T0 M" w" Vat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO; c5 \$ E2 v6 ^

BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!/ ~7 j9 ~. W$ k# t4 d; i

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。& e& [; w5 E* ^3 a# p
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
. C# y$ ^- @. O因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
0 ~& `. t3 {# b  s  Z) F剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
# {2 y2 L# W: S  L1 V+ W也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
1 j) [* Q; ~5 d& K9 e再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator% @! }: H$ {' D# z6 b2 ~  D0 p) D
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator" D2 x4 {+ u  X6 d7 K7 b
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況  J/ |3 F9 V4 L$ C
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
/ z. X9 b+ M& ~3 r4 x" T: {) e
, y; c( g  x! _8 d, F. z* p最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!# X& i1 T- f/ }/ R  I+ Y5 C7 h5 a
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
, w2 v# L( p+ G/ s; u: _1 E4 t再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
) v8 \3 g; e& H- T2 z" y0 i. |- t. d8 Y9 W- Y
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
+ ?, j0 |  Y. @/ b5 w) |; }就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
& S1 L) j) V9 H$ d這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
6 I. `- U! A: [& D8 k對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
4 r& x4 w$ B( M: l( n! i& t不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!/ r# y' }7 g; l+ Y! e/ y
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。) H; q* @, B) A3 m
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

) n: o* f" b9 [# L/ h但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.2 N; d% j/ w: N. {. _5 |
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
