• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
7 P6 e& X4 x |2 H' z! ]- `) e# u• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.- i, s% |. M2 y) ^8 j
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.1 |$ P ~5 f- i) J3 x9 i
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.1 n, C" [2 Q$ n' N. `
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.) V& h1 c% r# W
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.% y. y$ e1 ~8 f7 V& x
• Order business cards as required.3 E8 E: o; D% ^! H1 A9 U1 F
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
