• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.* c/ \) b3 q) C, j7 N9 Z+ z
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.9 |3 T. B8 k) U0 F, B* O
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
" u- p3 Z8 g4 u- m" S• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
! p3 C8 ~3 w" J9 I$ g• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
7 d! G: y- e3 S, G! j# p, ?% W• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
/ N- s! i! Q% _6 ~5 g. _• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.& W& r0 Y+ y9 E, ]
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.3 x3 s0 E# S: k6 [/ _' c8 ?
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.& L% z4 h2 N( f; J
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience+ P) k7 ], E6 I
• Grade 12 or equivalent
9 ~1 |. I2 ~' Z; w# V$ i• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)* f# d/ H( W1 Q* _: ]- z! S* N9 }
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
9 [4 S: I+ _- v m! X4 B, Y• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
. L4 M6 {" p( G M, W* O* `• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 9 R& a8 N+ t, N. U! C- X. o
• Attention to detail is required. {# h2 N( t7 x. \
• High level of customer service skills is a must.
