Job Duties / Responsibilities

1 U* z) I, i- i• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.; Q& R! [7 r( C1 Q7 ]: J
• SAP match reporting and monthly management% f: V$ a+ g3 y" S$ J
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
' Z! `$ ~ ~9 z4 O+ P2 Y• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.: Z4 A1 n! T. z, i! N
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
) D' h8 @4 I, H# ^) a; X7 d1 i• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.3 t7 ]; o# \; ~
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
* o+ C( l z& u( S• Order business cards as required." X$ U; X. p0 Z6 d
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
7 _. p1 A( a) W! v$ z( K/ T• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.( W+ c* n! ]6 O$ Y H
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience
8 }( w7 W5 J7 j/ j" [4 L6 q4 Q• Grade 12 or equivalent
! V: S3 \6 c" K I• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar); w* O- |( f' _" U/ J3 ]3 ~
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
9 d* V9 a- a0 i' x• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater* f2 }* ?+ V- c( g( S; V% K
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
