Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
% ~( X3 h& j+ l6 ^( g E' [• SAP match reporting and monthly management, d2 d% f7 ]- ^0 J" D
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
. Q5 v( L* Q$ P, J• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.0 ^; _. i* a" H4 j. b1 a. d' Y
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)6 B' d+ x8 _8 F
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
7 `8 B* ?# l d9 a. x+ g1 @) f• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training9 e$ A( A# O* j \9 y1 D" V

• Grade 12 or equivalent: F! P% w3 |+ x' X/ }
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)& h, ]6 k* {0 S' u8 V
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience2 {- L: o( o; t. {5 p* n8 [
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater& o4 ?4 d1 @: A
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
