院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享: j- B! q1 w" n h

1 cup water 250 ml * x v6 \1 ^# f1 M7 _. q; V9 L3 c
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml / ]# F6 a$ D h& c+ j
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

, }% U5 K# r' D xPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.( r) l7 ~! {# e! M. X2 J7 o
