关于p.Eng, 的问题请教

我申请了p.Eng, 得到的答复是：
5 o- C. k6 u! N, }& q; f满足以下两个条件即可注册
+ x3 @" e% N1 M6 I- @% m1。 考NPPE, 这个人人都考。
% f) R$ b7 H) d# s# u1 O5 {" ~1 z9 @2。英文能力证明。考托福，或者写一篇Essay证明我的英文足够。
0 p: f- W' g0 i0 [" m% S* p想问一下，有没有人写过类似的东西。要写什么？

I had TOEFL and GRE score, which expired 6 years ago. However, I still sent them the copy.
/ S9 H* u# C- ~$ b1 H& fAlso I wrote several simple sentenses to prove my English. It has to be hand writting! I explained I learned English many years and took degree here in Canada. You only need one page to show you are capable of using English. No worries.
