LINC在爱省的免费学习时间长度为1200小时，参加者的要求可以参见联邦的规定：
Eligible clients are limited to:
) v7 _) W; F) \+ z' ]4 y( Z1 N9 h•        Permanent Residents of Canada who have not become Canadian citizens;
& a! \* W' ~+ s* S# V•        Protected persons as defined in Section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA);
/ B. `$ _2 k+ W" j6 ]•        Individuals who have been selected, in Canada or overseas, to become permanent residents pending completion of medical, security and criminal verification statutory requirements, and who have been informed, by a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada;
) y) n" @8 l1 h) S+ i' z/ i) z•        Convention refugees and protected persons overseas who have been selected for resettlement in Canada by Citizenship and immigration Canada;
•        Live-in Caregivers
1 H2 a, \1 w/ Q5 b" M. \9 @. fo        Applicants overseas who have been informed, by a letter of confirmation from Citizenship and Immigration Canada, of the approval of their temporary work permit are eligible to receive services under the Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) initiative,
o        Applicants in Canada and in possession of a temporary work permit issued under the Live-in Caregiver Program are eligible for all settlement services with the exception of language training.
