devise sitting on the side of the road.$ F! E7 V( ?1 F: S4 k4 D
2 R3 {8 q8 Z2 n: m# N7 T& X! T( DIT IS A #&%@ING PORTABLE PHOTO RADAR UNIT!!!!

4 @+ X' O, e2 U- ~8 aPlease see the attached pictures I took of the unit with great risk to, Z8 t# i2 K; W! k# \
myself as the operator sitting on his ass in the truck got out and told me
/ t' k; v% J& W- F9 AI could not take a picture of the unit and could be charged, well here are
