关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
8 t' q* h# [9 T8 f8 Y5 m; BTwo (2) secondary identity documents
, K: z* d! b. u+ T: ~  Z0 g% a0 h" mA copy of two of the following:
* p& Y/ `! b. X) f1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
# A* s% `1 E' ?5 i5 M4 ^3. your University/College student card

& g3 D8 ^% {6 E; O我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？
