    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
; k/ l, d& k+ [1 t0 R5 t" D0 l    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
3 o- U1 i1 O+ a0 _6 `! |( i- q    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

- O% Y9 d, d9 a% n职位要求：
0 A% K% H4 l& h) i4 @    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
& c& t4 M$ W; ~% p    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
9 Y6 v9 s5 a3 u0 c    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
% E; ?9 @7 b: i* }& j* r3 z3 O% Z    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
* N4 v0 K3 d6 o! s# c' x    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
' {- Q9 ~8 ]  P/ \0 V: V    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
/ V4 r5 g; H. v4 h2 r    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
" \0 ^+ {) M" ~    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
) z0 T) T0 L, h! ?  i4 y    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
( X) B$ M# @; x& e' u! l0 z4 v1 Y% [' h: X    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
% N. E( x5 ]) ^) d    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
; M& R' g, z7 n0 N    Field and site experience an asset；
& ~9 [7 M* O% Q. T7 ]# R    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
) p2 ^( H+ d: ]) T    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
$ i, d# X0 z) z; }$ i    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
8 E5 o/ b+ k7 ^    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
2 N* L: h0 n  L% l6 R: Y, c2 l6 R5 P/ E  I    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
