    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
! C! z1 E5 m0 |6 F5 v: m. ~    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
5 b" f. c+ B- U8 m  {9 o) X7 o5 J    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
9 b. y* `; J3 m: Z& w7 K; b    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
: G$ n6 T3 S* t8 R; W    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；

职位要求：
+ F$ ^; L8 }( {. i( S! E    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
% X6 }( o# W/ C+ J    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
8 g  |6 A# q. c# N0 }9 N7 e; ]    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
4 q+ c, V7 L8 R  X+ q$ K    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
  w+ W- g- h4 X" q6 ]    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
