•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
, k9 L) q/ C. z' {/ H3 K9 {•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages. T% r9 g K9 u* s
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
& [3 y7 q* _9 ?# ?5 a7 _•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
+ _0 X9 I+ R* ?/ P•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships/ F* }1 x: z4 {/ j$ b; U+ X
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
4 j7 |3 j, s6 g•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
