To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.8 Z" {# f$ \ x0 B8 u

Responsibilities: z9 `# H6 H* m2 ], A- y
•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
6 ^" h2 h, V a. F5 _•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
^) _7 [7 ]. B' S% e7 b' a4 E•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages j. ^5 n, o! n% U2 h! j
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
/ W* Q0 a3 Q! w9 \ o•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
3 o: B+ l& A* z7 F: H, h•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
/ {; s; P: J- T; Q•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
+ e! [" v9 L. j•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
5 L6 k4 q& K5 y9 @ G1 \- l•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
