• Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
! z- r l d$ W' a• Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing. 2 N. x! Y( p3 ]2 W
• Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
/ C g+ B7 q4 @& F• Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
3 \% N7 h0 M+ e# G H" I• Retail customer service experience.
9 O& y* o k0 Z; u• Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset. 5 n, e: ?4 v" U- d+ ~. v+ u
• Excellent communication skills in English. X* N* I' n# Y) z: l
• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
