•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
  X$ {* _* s( g1 ?  ~$ c7 x3 y) t•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
+ S6 ~8 _- k9 t" p5 \•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
: s3 O! D+ \2 y9 o5 A+ X* f+ l•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

% U* F% U9 P" ^9 _2 M% A•        Retail customer service experience.
0 |+ W, ?( I# X4 C5 h& x3 J7 {•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
