要求收到信的5天之内寄回去，说是必须参加，否则就要被罚款或者坐牢~

Prospective juror names are randomly selected from the Alberta Registries database within the Province of Alberta. 如果想不去的话可以不去的，回信说英语是second language法庭上面会听不懂就可以了

不是必须公民，我有好几个朋友都是移民，收到信去。

Don't worry. If you have a valid reason, you don't have to go. I had this letter before. I didn't go because I was working and studying full time. I just wrote the reason and attached my tuition fee payment receipt, then mail the letter back. They will mail you a letter to inform their final decision.

加拿大陪审团很少在民事诉讼用到，这应该是个大案子啊，楼主可以去看看然后告诉我们一下。

不建议去，因为这信不是告诉你选上陪审团的成员了，你只是被抽中陪审团候选人。去了还要经过筛选必须通过控诉双方律师同意才能进入court.而且公司对于这种请假也不一定付钱。如果真是好奇没事闲的可以去看看

我也收到了 不过英文不好 回信表明原因了

我老公也收到过，不是公民，他拿了信去单位都请假好了。
! x% L( h! g1 Y3 Y8 x& ?结果又来封信，说上次搞错了，其实不需要他去滴，晕！
然后他那天就没去上班，呵呵，不过他们单位这种请假还是给pay的。
