shuttle driver will ask you if you need ride back. if you need, he will give you his phone number. you can call him when you are ready to pick up the vehicle.

i think free shuttle service is not for the low value service like oil change. i asked for the free shuttle service for the oil change once, they did take me home, but i can tell they are not willing to do so.

my dealership provides free shuttle on all services
