NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
. ]' l0 N. W8 \Duties & Responsibilities:

1 d5 j4 Y0 Z* l; x- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
) n. U0 Y  j6 Q, r* Y9 g. m- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
& u) k4 `/ o) d9 r7 i+ o* U- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
# X1 b" V4 {) B- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
