Duties & Responsibilities:

( ~5 l- e+ ]3 N6 [# T- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
! y( b7 h1 L- w$ h$ l( ?- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
  G# n9 O) N6 i2 l! s  N' n3 k- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

, }- S* {6 H  O3 Q! V# KQualifications:

- U( s  ]5 O" n  b9 _- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
) g( P7 O9 O2 i$ d- Ability to use computers
2 K! p6 t( |" o2 {5 ~- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
