Duties & Responsibilities:
/ w" W' s& G% n* x$ T8 z5 e7 O- ?
% A8 S( J; D4 E( ?2 Z; d- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
$ T" |5 H; I* \" ^; L+ c- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
9 X8 o: k$ h; Q  j' X2 l( e; k- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

/ R+ e5 O, E7 w4 V
: H2 |: O  F2 r, M8 J+ o9 _- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
4 n; |2 p4 h+ M- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
