CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

, I; V& s$ r3 [/ |* R! _$ g-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
# m1 S6 W5 \- {! W-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
. ]  P3 ~8 I# Z3 x; C-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
; Y: W* V6 m& L& b0 v-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
" t% }& p: \4 t$ V' L2 D( ~-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

' z; I7 z5 V. A! h7 |4 ~/ b4 fRequirements:
- F. D) g( L; j  w-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
  a. s: H  {; q-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
