I did the exactly the same last Sunday on my way to piano lesson.  Black ice appeared. Crossover Venza lost control. Fortunately I steered to medium where it is about 2.5 meters wide covered with 20 inches of snow. No damage to the vehicle. A truck driver from behind yelled, and got off his F150, "brother, I am going to help you." His two buddies came in with a hand. OK, it came out of the snow in 25 seconds.
