. B0 Z, v+ A. {* IYour job responsibilities will include:
* ~% Z9 O5 H& {•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
0 G1 u. N5 q6 V5 v# X. L•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
% n; `* p# o* q) I7 d•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
$ y/ A) P7 s% |& B9 d•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
* {; N) c/ }: s•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
•Perform AP Invoice matching

5 n" [: M0 O3 T% SThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
