两岁半的孩子看球要票不

FIFA 官方是这么定义的：

(June/July 2015) do not require their own ticket for
entry but must sit in a guardian’s lap and not take up
* j$ I, B0 q( K2 e7 V  i# R- |& |an additional seat of their own.

不是很明白如果孩子2岁半，到底是要票还是不要？ 西贸里面同样的说明，售票员解释的是三岁以下都算两岁。。。。。

每个地方的解释都不一样。孩子快3岁的时候带去galaxyland，跟楼上情况类似，买票时售票员特意问孩子多大，然后没收钱。但平时带孩子去的millennium place，过了两岁生日就要买票。
